  • Pork roll products by BaLe Meat Processing are being recalled in five U.S. cities because it contains undeclared wheat.
  • Keoki’s Kalua Brand pork by Keok’s Lau Lau is being recalled because it could be contaminated with Listeria.
  • Pasta mix products by Bay Valley Foods are being recalled for containing small metal fragments. The mixes were sold under the brand names Aldi, Coborns, H-E-B, King Soopers, Kroger, Meijer, Mid-Mountain Foods, Mitchell Grocery, and Wal-Mart.
  • Safeway Select lasagnas by Windsor Quality Food are being recalled because they contain undeclared soy and egg.
Products:
  • Horse mouth bits by English Riding Supply are recalled because the bits can fray and break during use, posing a fall hazard to riders.
  • Bowflex SelectTech 1090 dumbbells are being recalled by Nautilus because the weight selector dial can fail to work properly causing the weight plates to fall.
  • Ice/Hot and Ice gel packs by California Innovations are being recalled. This is the second expansion of the recall. See the details here.
  • Black & Decker Spacemaker coffee makers by Applica Consumer Products are being recalled because the coffee pot handle can break.
  • Folding deck chairs by West Marine Products are being recalled because they don’t support the stated weight capacity.
  • Introvale oral contraceptives (birth control) by Sandoz are being recalled because of a packaging error that could lead to an unintended pregnancy.
  • Convertible high chairs by Evenflo are being recalled because the activity tray can detach unexpectedly leaving a child unrestrained and at risk of a fall.
