Media in New York City. It was a great day with presentations from 15 companies, time to mingle and demos from many of the companies, and it was a poignant meeting considering IBM’s announcement on the same day of new CEO Virginia Rometty, the company’s first female CEO. While men leading large tech businesses still outnumber women, several do stand out, including eBay’s Meg Whitman and Carly Fiorina of Hewlett-Packard, as well as all the ladies of Springboard.
