Jan’s Pulled Pork
Makes about eight sandwiches (or can be served in other styles)

Ingredients:

  • 3lb. Pork Shoulder, boneless
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • ½ C. Chicken Broth
  • 2 C. BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 Package of Hamburger Buns

Equipment:

  • Crock Pot

Directions:

  • Scatter chopped onion in the bottom of the crock pot with pork on top.
  • Add broth and cook on “low” for eight hours.
  • Remove meat, discard liquid.
  • Shred meat and return to crock pot with remaining ingredients.
  • Cook for one hour.
  • Serve on toasted buns.
