Jan’s Pulled Pork
Makes about eight sandwiches (or can be served in other styles)
Makes about eight sandwiches (or can be served in other styles)
Ingredients:
- 3lb. Pork Shoulder, boneless
- 1 Onion, chopped
- ½ C. Chicken Broth
- 2 C. BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 Package of Hamburger Buns

- Crock Pot
Directions:
- Scatter chopped onion in the bottom of the crock pot with pork on top.
- Add broth and cook on “low” for eight hours.
- Remove meat, discard liquid.
- Shred meat and return to crock pot with remaining ingredients.
- Cook for one hour.
- Serve on toasted buns.
